OPS PAPER PRODUCTS SDN. BHD. seeks an IT/ERP analyst to understand the ERP system and the company’s workflow. You will collaborate with departments to identify needs and challenges, and prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and workflow processes.

You will liaise with vendor consultants for system upgrades, produce management reports, and provide ongoing support for IT infrastructure to keep systems running efficiently.

Formación

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent (i.e. Business/Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience supporting production application & technology.
• Knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Fair knowledge on any of the manufacturing processes, supply chain, inventory management or accounting.
• Able to speak and read Mandarin being an advantage as to liaise with China supplier.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the ERP system and analyze the company’s business workflow across departments.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their needs and challenges.
• Prepare technical documentation, system manuals, workflow processes, procedures and guidelines and update according to SOP.
• Liaise and manage project or related system upgrades and new systems in machinery with vendor consultants to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Prepare periodic operation reports for management.
• Provide ongoing support for information system hardware, operating system, user accounts, internet access, server backup, antivirus, email, firewall, networking, CCTV, server room and databases to ensure systems run efficiently.
