Job summary

AT&S is seeking a diligent individual to monitor quality deviations and support production qualification activities in Malaysia. The role involves reacting per the CP, identifying process abnormalities, and coordinating with engineers during installation and qualification phases.

You will engage in shift meetings, track equipment and yield status, and adhere to health, safety, and environment standards. Ongoing training and 6S compliance are expected as part of continuous improvement

• Collaborate with multiple departments for smooth operation.
• Respond to quality deviation issues per control plan (CP).
• Highlight process abnormalities during qualification and production stages.

Responsibilities

• React to CP on quality deviation issues and escalate as needed.
• Highlight any abnormalities in the process during qualification and production stages, and react according to CP.
• Work closely with other departments for smoother operations.
• Support engineers during Equipment Installation & Qualification phases, ensuring supplier compliance and tracking progress.
• Attend shift meetings to monitor equipment status and production arrangement, focusing on process quality and yield status.
• Carry out work per industrial standards (quality, environment, health and safety) and report potential improvements.
• Observe labour and process policies.
• Attend training related to operation, production, process, safety, quality, and environment.
• Follow 6S to maintain a clean working area.

Responsible to react according to CP on quality deviation issue.

Responsible for highlighting any abnormalities in the process during qualification stage and production stage, react according to the CP.

Work closely and effective communication with other departments for smoother operation.

Support the engineer during Equipment Installation & Qualification phases , and Process Qualification phase, such as ensuring supplier compliance to factory regulatory, tracking installation progress and report to management any non-compliance act, data collection and assist engineer for smooth completion of qualification tasks.

Participate in shift meetings to know the equipment status and production arrangement, involve the process quality and yield status.

Responsible for carrying out the job per the industrial standards like quality, environment, health and safety. Find the potential problem and feedback to direct superior for continuous improvement.

Observe the company policy of labour and process consciously.

Attend all the training related to the operation and production, i.e. process, safety, quality and environment, etc.

Follow the 6S standard to keep the environment of the working area clean.
