Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a maintenance professional to minimize downtime by proactively managing equipment issues and coordinating with process owners on upgrades and new installations. You will plan and conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to the Maintenance Plan, and mentor technicians in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Manage equipment related issues to minimize production downtime.
• Install and commission new equipment or facility setup together with process owner.
• Plan and conduct regular inspection and preventive maintenance according to the Maintenance Plan.
• Mentor and provide guidance toward manufacturing specialists or technicians for root cause analysis and action implementation of equipment related issue.
• Ensure equipment complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Upkeep maintenance of the facility related and coordinate support from subcon or external to prevent down time.
• Participate in capital equipment acquisition projects, including developing user requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with equipment owner for external calibration and internal verification, and buy-off the report after calibrated.
