Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations and ensure readiness for mass production. The role focuses on driving improvements in quality, productivity and safety, while leading investigations into customer claims and internal issues.

You will manage subordinates to ensure compliance with company rules, monitor manpower and equipment needs, participate in trial runs, and implement countermeasures to meet business targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of all subordinates to the rules and regulations of the company.
• Manpower and equipment requirement monitoring & planning.
• To attend trial run of new product and ensure production readiness before mass production.
• Responsible for all improvement actions within the section.
• To attend FMP meetings and feedback concerns from production on required improvements.
• To carry out the necessary investigation for root-cause analysis on customer claims, internal quality issues, safety, environment and customer audits.
• To implement countermeasures on customer claims, internal quality issues, safety, environment and customer audits.
• To lead all improvement activity on quality, productivity, safety and responsible to meet company business targets.
• Responsible for the entire section productivity, safety and quality performance achievement.
