Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dedicated Telemarketer/Customer Service professional to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate speaks English and Bahasa Malaysia, is tech-savvy with Excel, and can work with CRM systems. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in call centers is a plus. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

Fresh or experienced in customer service, call centre, telemarketing, or related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel). CRM experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and service requests.
Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining service quality.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, renewals, or ongoing cases.
Accurately update customer information in the CRM/Excel system.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth customer support operations.
Achieve individual performance targets and maintain service quality standards.
