Jora Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive to join the telecom team on a 24-hour rotating shift. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service; fresh graduates are welcome with paid training.

You will handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries across platforms, collect feedback, and support daily administrative tasks while collaborating with other departments to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service (Fresh Graduate welcome)
• Paid training provided for new entrants
• Mandarin-speaking only (English needed for some interactions)
