Job summary

Intellect is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Strategist to drive GTM strategy and enterprise solutioning across APAC and ANZ, collaborating with Revenue Leaders and cross-functional teams to turn client needs into scalable solutions.

You will engage with enterprise clients, craft differentiated proposals, and lead multi-region deal strategies from discovery to execution, aligning with strategic business goals and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience across enterprise sales strategy, consulting, bid management, commercial strategy, solutions consulting or project management.
• Proven track record supporting or winning complex enterprise deals, ideally >$100K in value.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• GTM Strategy: co-develop go-to-market strategies with regional Revenue Leaders and translate strategy into rollout plans.
• Develop scalable pricing frameworks and market-specific messaging across priority markets.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated solutions combining wellbeing services, technology and clinical capabilities.
• Lead or support deal strategy across discovery, design, proposals and presentations.
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives with minimal direct authority, ensuring pace and outcomes.
• Coordinate across Revenue, Product, Operations, Clinical, Marketing and Leadership to drive initiatives.
