The Intellect Company is seeking an Enterprise Wellbeing Strategist to join a cross-functional team bridging GTM strategy, enterprise solutioning, and project management. You will work with Revenue Leaders across APAC and ANZ to strengthen deal strategy, develop client solutions, and drive complex opportunities forward.

Collaborating with Revenue, Product, Operations, Clinical, Marketing and Leadership, you will turn client needs into scalable commercial frameworks and lead initiatives from

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• 5+ years in enterprise sales strategy, consulting, bid management or project management.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop go-to-market strategies with regional Revenue Leaders and translate strategy into rollout plans.
• Translate client requirements into differentiated enterprise solutions using Intellect’s wellbeing services and capabilities.
• Lead or support deal strategy across discovery, solution design, proposals and presentations.
• Build scalable pricing frameworks and strengthen market-specific competitive positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive high-priority initiatives from strategy through execution.
