Intellect is seeking a Client Strategy & Growth Lead to scale enterprise relationships across organisations, translating workforce mental health ambitions into measurable programmes and enduring partnerships. Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, strategy or related roles.
• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to clarify complex situations.
• Ability to implement client outcomes and take accountability for retention, renewals and growth.
• Commercially minded with track record in renewals and expansions.
• Ability to build credibility with senior external stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Clear communication with high-quality analysis and presentations.
• Resilient under pressure, able to handle escalations and remain effective.
• Willingness to work through operational detail while maintaining strategic focus.
• Ability to influence across functions without relying on hierarchy.
• Ownership mindset and long-term accountability.
• Low-ego, adaptable and quick to learn in a complex industry.
• Experience in healthcare/mental health/employee benefits advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Shape Client Strategy and Create Value by understanding each client's priorities and translating them into clear strategies.
• Lead cross-functional execution and coordinate across clinical, operations, product, technology and commercial teams.
• Own programs from problem definition through renewal and expansion and manage complex enterprise relationships.
• Develop renewal and growth strategies across services, markets and use cases and lead or support proposals and negotiations.
• Monitor performance, risk and opportunities, ensuring delivery against defined owners, timelines and success metrics.
