Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead our team of Product Managers in driving portfolio growth and expanding market opportunities across our IT distribution business. You will partner with sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and operations to execute product strategies, manage pricing, margins, and lifecycle, and develop reseller channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, preferably within IT distribution, technology, or ICT industries.
• Proven experience in enterprise networking, with a strong understanding of networking products, trends, and channel development.
• Experience managing enterprise networking brands, working with technology principals, and driving growth through reseller and channel partners.
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Good understanding of product pricing, gross margin management, inventory control, and channel development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage principals, resellers, and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Commercial/Enterprise Networking Product Managers to achieve business objectives and product portfolio growth.
• Develop and execute product strategies, business plans, and go-to-market initiatives in line with company objectives.
• Manage relationships with brand principals, suppliers, and business partners to strengthen collaboration and drive business growth.
• Oversee product pricing, gross margins, sales performance, inventory planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Identify new market opportunities, expand reseller channels, and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure effective product execution and business performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Establish performance targets and KPIs for Product Managers, and drive accountability for sales revenue, profitability, and inventory health.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, training programs, and channel engagement activities.
