Cordant Solutions Sales Manager at Baker Hughes in Malaysia leads high-stakes sales across refining, petrochemicals, LNG, and O&G. You will hunt and close new logos, map buying centers, and build executive relationships with technical users and economic buyers.

Expect a hybrid role based in Johor Bahru with 50% work-from-home and 50% travel, 30–50% regionally. Bring 10+ years in energy/oil & gas sales and strong CRM and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in sales in energy/oil & gas.
• Proven hunter with multi-stakeholder selling experience.
• Ability to explain technical value in financial terms with a business case.
• Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
• Fluent English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find, qualify, and close new logos and sites in refining, petrochemicals, LNG, upstream O&G, and power.
• Lead account plans and map buying centers; build champions among stakeholders.
• Develop enterprise and SaaS subscription deals with cross-functional teams.
• Present value propositions in financial terms and build convincing business cases.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM forecast; manage regional opportunities.
