RUNJIAN (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an AI + Energy Solution Sales / Business Development Manager to grow opportunities in Malaysia.

You will focus on customer development, solution selling, and driving commercial conversion for AI-powered energy digitalization products across renewables, O&M, and energy management sectors. You will engage asset owners, developers, utilities, and system integrators, translate customer pain points into practical proposals, lead product demonstrations, and collaborate

Qualificações

• 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, solution sales, or technology sales in energy, SaaS, or related markets.
• Experience selling software, digital platforms, AI products, data platforms, or enterprise systems.
• Basic understanding of AI products, SaaS platforms, data platforms, LLMs, and intelligent operation systems.
• Strong ability to understand customer needs and explain product value clearly.
• Proficiency in Malay, English, and Chinese/Mandarin.
• Willing to travel locally for customer visits, meetings and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities in Malaysia for AI+Energy products and SaaS platforms.
• Identify and engage target customers: asset owners, developers, utilities, and ES providers.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline with next actions and decision makers.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and AI adoption opportunities in the energy sector.
• Promote AI-powered energy solutions and present business value and outcomes to customers.
• Support meetings, demos, proposals, POC discussions, pilots, and commercial follow-up.
• Collaborate with local product, R&D, and delivery teams to translate requirements into proposals.
• Develop relationships with partners, consultants, SI companies, and energy associations.
