Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking an Enterprise Sales professional to lead Data Center Solutions engagements, covering Racking, UPS, Busway, Cooling, Cabling, and related offerings.

You will build and manage relationships with large enterprises, colocation operators, and hyperscalers, develop account plans, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery teams to win deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the Data Center domain.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience in infrastructure/IT/electrical industries.
• Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales with data center deployments.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer engagement and revenue growth across the Data Center solutions portfolio (Racking, UPS, Busway, Cooling, Cabling).
• Build and manage relationships with large enterprises, colocation operators, and hyperscalers.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive solution adoption and business growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Delivery teams to support customer requirements and sales initiatives.
• Conduct customer needs analysis to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Work with channel partners, consultants, and contractors to influence project specs and solution selection.
• Prepare sales forecasts, maintain pipeline updates, and provide management reports.
• Lead commercial negotiations and drive contract closures.
