Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia is seeking a Proserve Account Executive to drive revenue, adoption, and growth with large enterprise customers, guiding cloud transformation initiatives and delivering programs across portfolios.

You will serve as trusted advisor, manage end-to-end deals, coordinate with partners, and shape long-term professional services strategies within accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise IT services/consulting sales with quota-carrying experience.
Experience selling services to large enterprise financial services, energy/utilities, conglomerates, and manufacturing.
Strong understanding of cloud computing and digital transformation trends.
Experience managing complex sales cycles ($1M+ deals) with multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; strong executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop long-term strategic engagements with global organizations.
Engage with customers to understand business drivers and application portfolios.
Develop long-term cloud strategy and identify opportunities with business cases.
Deal shaping, pricing, negotiations, and contract closure.
Plan and deliver a portfolio of projects with budget and milestones; mitigate risks.
Serve as the primary contact for customer executives and translate AWS value.
