Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Proserve Account Executive to lead strategic engagements with Malaysia's largest enterprise customers. You will shape long-term cloud strategy, build executive relationships, and drive professional services opportunities valued at multi-million dollar contracts.

You will manage end-to-end deals, coordinate across AWS teams, and mentor customer and partner stakeholders to achieve measurable cloud outcomes for energy, utilities, manufacturing, and other sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT services/consulting sales experience, with at least 5 years in a quota-carrying role
• Experience selling professional services to Energy & Utilities, Conglomerates and Manufacturing enterprises
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and digital transformation trends
• Experience managing complex sales cycles ($1M+ deals) with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/CS and excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Long term development of Global Organizations
• Engage with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio
• Development of long term Cloud Strategy for customers
• Identify & develop specific opportunities and supporting business cases
• Deal shaping, including estimations and deal pricing
• Contract negotiations & closing
• Planning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget & deliverable responsibilities
• Mitigation of delivery risks & issues
• Overseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high quality delivery
• Act as single person of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
• Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition
• Envision and inspire customers
• Coaching Customer and Partner teams to be self-sufficient.
