Job summary
Amazon Web Services Malaysia is seeking a Proserve Account Executive to manage relationships with large enterprise clients, develop a long-term professional services strategy, and drive cloud transformation initiatives across complex programs. You will oversee delivery, negotiate contracts, and coordinate across AWS teams to ensure customer success.
The role requires extensive IT consulting experience, proven ability to drive large-scale transformation, and strong relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- Experience in IT consulting/management with customer-facing digital transformation.
- Experience transforming operations through technology including cloud adoption, ML/AI, and automation.
- Experience with account growth, meeting sales quotas, and delivering projects and programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategy for Global Organizations within accounts.
- Engage with customers to understand business drivers and applications.
- Develop cloud strategy and identify opportunities with business cases.
- Lead deal shaping, pricing estimates, negotiations, and closing.
- Plan and oversee a portfolio of projects with budgets and deliverables.
- Mitigate delivery risks and manage project execution within accounts.
- Serve as single contact for customer executives and build deep trust.
- Educate customers on AWS services and translate into business value.
- Inspire customers and coach teams to be self-sufficient.
