Job summary

Amazon Web Services Malaysia SDN. BHD. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead delivery of complex cloud solution projects across ASEAN.

You will blend technical credibility with strong project leadership to drive successful AWS-based implementations and ensure outcomes align with customer goals. You will manage risks, mentor teams, advance AWS Well-Architected and CAF frameworks, and communicate effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience in leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.

Responsibilities

Leading and managing complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of AWS services, architectures, and best practices to guide technical decisions and strategic planning.
Bridging business requirements with technical solutions, facilitating engineering discussions and ensuring alignment with customer business outcomes.
Distilling customer needs into clear technical requirements and map them to business outcomes.
Decomposing complex technical problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
Contributing to technical documentation and define documentation standards.
