Job summary

Idealseed Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to be the primary entry point for client engagement and relationship management. The role focuses on opening doors, building relationships, and arranging high-quality meetings with key decision makers for the sales team.

You will represent the company professionally at industry events and product briefings, maintain accurate CRM records, and support the BDM in converting opportunities, with success measured by meetings secured

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in relationship management
• Experience in IT, telecom, cloud or enterprise solutions is an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Open doors to targeted enterprise customers and establish trust
• Coordinate and schedule meetings for BDMs
• Develop relationship maps and identify key stakeholders
