MFH Management Services PLT is seeking a Client Engagement & Retention Executive (CER) to support existing client engagement, retention and re-engagement through promotions, campaigns, events, educational activities and structured follow-ups, while maintaining a positive client experience.

The role involves coordinating with CRM, BD, MKT and CS teams, handling client communications professionally, collecting feedback, and preparing simple reports on engagement progress; on-site position in

Responsibilities

• Engage existing clients through promotions, campaigns and company activities
• Conduct follow-up calls/messages for assigned client lists
• Invite and follow up with clients for seminars, webinars, workshops, classes and events
• Maintain regular client follow-ups based on campaign or engagement objectives
• Share relevant promotions, activities and company updates with clients
• Collect client feedback and identify common concerns, interests and engagement opportunities
• Coordinate with CRM, BD, MKT, CS and other relevant departments on client enquiries and follow-ups where required
• Maintain accurate records of calls, client responses, follow-up status and engagement activities
• Prepare basic reports on campaign responses, client engagement and follow-up progress
• Support ad hoc client engagement and retention initiatives assigned by management
• Ensure all client communication remains professional, consistent and aligned with company guidelines
