Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Operations professional to provide L2 support for production and non‑production environments, with hands-on Linux, Oracle DB and Shell scripting experience.

You will monitor the health of apps, servers and databases, assist with deployments and patches, run SQL queries, automate repetitive tasks, and contribute to runbooks and DR exercises.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Linux, Oracle Database, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with monitoring tools to track health and performance of applications, servers, databases, and infrastructure.
• Strong ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across applications, middleware, databases, networks, and operating systems.
• Experience supporting deployments, releases, patching, upgrades, and post-implementation validation activities.
