Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. The Account Executive, ENT, drives sales growth by acquiring and managing strategic enterprise clients in the ASEAN region, presenting tailored solutions and negotiating contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts.

Reporting to the Manager, Account Executive, ENT, this role is essential for achieving revenue targets and reinforcing Deel’s commitment to meeting diverse client needs.

Qualifications

• Geographically based in ASEAN.
• 5+ years sales experience.
• Proven track record in developing a greenfield territory and selling into the Mid-Market/ENT segment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Grow and own a targeted account list.
• Develop a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies.
• Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, guiding prospects.
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
• Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through outreach and inbound prospects.
• Keep CRM up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.
