Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant B2B sales or account management experience in technology, SaaS, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio or territory with prioritization.
• Track record selling with channel/eco partners and scaling market coverage.
• Experience co-selling with partners, including joint planning and pipeline creation.
• Ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams and specialist resources.
• Demonstrated upsell, cross-sell, and close-rate success.
• Strong consultative and value-selling approach; English and Thai proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across a 5,000–8,000 account territory and 100 priority accounts.
• Segment the territory, identify whitespace, and prioritize opportunities for engagement.
• Generate pipeline via whitespace, upselling, cross-selling, and outbound activities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and map Autodesk solutions to business outcomes.
• Co-sell with partners and manage joint pipeline and coverage plans.
• Maintain CRM, forecast, and territory health; drive disciplined execution.
