Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking an Engineer/Executive, Quality Assurance & Quality Control to support the HQ in implementing and monitoring QA/QC processes. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and QSHE, and coordinate with project teams to uphold quality standards.

Role requires 3+ years in QA/QC within construction or property development, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of QAQC experience in construction or property development.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QSHE standards.
• Experience with QAQC documentation (inspection checklists, reports, NCRs).

Responsibilities

Engineer/Executive, Quality Assurance & Quality Control

This role will be hired under the property development arm of the OSK Group, namely OSK Property Holdings Berhad.

OSK Property is responsible for property development and project execution, primarily for developments within the OSK Group, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use project.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Quality Assurance & Quality Control to support the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and quality control processes at the HQ level.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES :
This role will be responsible to assist the superior to implement and review all policies, procedures and instructions related to the performance of quality management system.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN :

• To implement and monitor the compliance on all policies, activities, procedures and instructions which are relevant and required by ISO 9001 standard as well as Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) management system.
• To assist superior to monitor the implementation of the QLASSIC any other quality system at respective projects.
• To assist superior to prepare and update Project Quality Safety, Health and Environment Plan (PQSHEP) and monitor the implementation of the approved PQSHEP.
• To monitor the routine project’s quality assessment and inspection and its records compliance.
• To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive actions of the system.
• To coordinate and liaise with project team in preparation for routine QSHE assessment, QLASSIC assessment and VP inspection of the project.
• To coordinate with ISO Internal Audit Team on audit process.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in QAQC implementation and monitoring within construction or property development projects.
• Good understanding of construction quality standards, specifications, procedures, and inspection requirements.
• Familiar with QAQC documentation, including inspection checklists, quality reports, NCRs, method statements, and related records.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with project, site, consultant, contractor, and internal teams.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required for audits, inspections, or quality monitoring.
