Job summary

Eupe Corporation Malaysia is seeking a QA/QC professional to lead quality assurance activities for construction projects based in Sungai Petani, Kedah. The role requires a degree in engineering and at least three years of QA/QC experience in construction, with strong communication and organizational skills.

The successful candidate will implement QA/QC processes, perform audits, and maintain quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, deadline driven.
• Meticulous, attention to details and high commitment to good quality and accurate work.
• Implementation- Good working knowledge & QA/QC implementation.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, QLASSIC standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficient withMicrosoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure product conformity.
• Establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time.
• Investigate non-conformities and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results, including documentation of deviations and corrective actions taken.
• Prepare quality documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics.
• Communicate quality issues and trends to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
