AJC Ventures in Johor Bahru seeks a Quality & ESG Compliance professional to implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 37001 management systems across construction activities.

You will plan audits, train staff, manage documentation, drive continuous improvement, and lead ESG initiatives with regulatory liaison and sustainability reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quality, engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• 1–5 years implementing and monitoring QMS (ISO 9001/14001/45001/37001) in construction.
• Experience as Management Representative and ESG compliance.
• Good understanding of internal auditing and ISO compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, reliable, team player with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery) management systems.

Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including developing audit programs and supporting the company's risk management framework.

Collaborate with site teams and departments to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all project operations.

Deliver ISO-related training and awareness sessions to staffs.

Manage documentation control, ensuring that all quality procedures, manuals, and work instructions are up-to-date and comply with established standards.

Maintain up-to-date quality records and ensure timely reviews and updates to critical documents such as forms and logs.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless documentation flow, proper version control, and that all necessary quality protocols are followed across the organization.

Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Lead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives by ensuring compliance with corporate sustainability and ethical standards.

Conduct ESG assessments and audits, providing recommendations for improvement and ensuring that best practices are integrated across the company.

Prepare ESG reports for management and stakeholders.

Stay updated on the latest ESG trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in implementing and monitoring Quality Management Systems (QMS) - ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and 37001 management systems (preferably in the construction industry), and ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and ESG initiatives.
• Experience as Management Representative & Experience in ESG compliance.
• Good understanding of internal auditing and ISO compliance processes.
• Strong knowledge of ESG principles and sustainability practices.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across different levels of the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Good team player, Self-motivated, reliable, minimum supervision, good communication and interpersonal skills.
