Job summary

OSK Property Holdings Berhad is seeking an Engineer/Executive, Quality Assurance & Quality Control to support the HQ in implementing and monitoring QA/QC processes. You will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and QSHE, and coordinate with project teams to uphold quality standards.

Role requires 3+ years in QA/QC within construction or property development, with strong communication skills and willingness to travel for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of QAQC experience in construction or property development.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and QSHE standards.
• Experience with QAQC documentation (inspection checklists, reports, NCRs).

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor compliance with ISO 9001 and QSHE policies.
• Assist to monitor QA/QC across projects.
• Prepare and update PQSHEP and monitor its implementation.
• Monitor project quality assessments and records.
• Coordinate audits with ISO Internal Audit Team.
• Support Management with QSHE activities.
• Travel to project sites for audits and inspections.
