Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our sales support team in Malaysia. The role involves handling customer inquiries, coordinating with clients to secure projects, and ensuring accurate delivery. Fresh graduates are welcome. Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency are required, with Mandarin knowledge considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

To achieve forecast sales target, profit margin and on-time delivery.
To gain feedback regularly from customers and maintain good relationship.
To handle customers' inquiry effectively in a timely manner.
To work closely with customers to win projects.
To feedback to other departments on customers' comments for improvement.
To ensure effective communication with other departments for on-time delivery of finished goods.
To perform sales order entry to SAP/ERP system, printing DO and Invoice.
To prepare delivery plan.
To organize and provide excellent service during customers' visits to the factory.
