Job summary

Johnson Controls in Shah Alam, Malaysia, seeks an Engineer, Customer Service to drive forecasted sales, manage margins, and ensure on-time delivery. You will support customers, liaise with production and logistics, and process orders in SAP/ERP while maintaining strong relationships for project wins.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, good Bahasa Malaysia and English, with Mandarin an advantage, and some SAP ERP knowledge. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Good written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP system is preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and basic logistics understanding are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain good relationships and pursue project opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production and Material Control for on-time delivery.
• Prepare delivery plans and enter sales orders into SAP/ERP system.
• Assist with logistics arrangements for customer visits and shipments.
