Job summary

Qul Holdings is seeking a Civil Engineer to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities for the PJK6 project in Malaysia. The role emphasizes supervising construction work and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, while coordinating with site teams and authorities.

The successful candidate will review technical documents, maintain project records, and contribute to progress reports and claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily engineering and site activities for the PJK6 project.
• Supervise and monitor construction and maintenance work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure all works are completed according to the approved work programe and schedule.
• Review and verify technical drawings, specifications, quantities, and other project-related documents.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any technical, quality, safety, or operational issues
• Assist in resolving technical problems and provide appropriate engineering solutions when required.
• Prepare and maintain proper project documentation, site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and other relevant documents.
• Assist in preparing project reports, progress claims, variation orders, and other relevant documentation.
