Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Planner to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements, and to act as the primary interface between the engineering team, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope and milestones.

Responsibilities include quality control through site inspections and technical audits, effective documentation management (submittals, RFIs, and change orders), risk identification, and ensuring all activities comply with local regulations, building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 1-3 years of experience in project management or engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Procore).
• Strong leadership, excellent verbal/written communication, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• EIT or PMP certification is a plus.
