Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Planner to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements, and to act as the primary interface between the engineering team, clients, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope and milestones.

Project Planning: Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Technical Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the engineering team, clients, and contractors to ensure all parties are aligned.
Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections or technical audits to ensure work complies with design specifications and safety standards.
Documentation: Manage technical documents, including submittals, RFIs (Request for Information), and change orders.
Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks or budget overruns early and propose actionable solutions.
Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to local regulations, building codes, and company safety protocols.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project management or engineering.
Software: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or Procore).
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Certification: EIT (Engineer in Training) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
