Job summary

Boilermaster Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Engineer/Manager to plan, execute, and deliver engineering projects from conception to completion. You will develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

The role requires a strong engineering foundation, the ability to manage multiple projects, effective communication, and a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or project management.
• Fresh graduates with aptitude to learn and adapt fast are encouraged to apply.
• Must be independent with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
• Excellent understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure all work meets relevant technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify workmanship and compliance
• Manage project documentation, drawings, and contract administration tasks
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues promptly
• Support the development and implementation of project safety protocols and procedures
