Job summary

Experian in Malaysia is seeking an End-user Experience Engineer to design and implement solutions for complex endpoint and desktop challenges. You’ll ensure a secure, reliable end-user experience across physical and virtual environments, while improving performance and security.

You will deploy and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and security controls, automate operations with PowerShell and Python, and monitor endpoints via Microsoft 365 tools. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of enterprise experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or endpoint security.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune across device lifecycle management, policy configuration, application deployment, and compliance.
• Knowledge of endpoint security technologies, including Microsoft Cloud PKI, WDAC, AppLocker, and device compliance frameworks.
• Experience automating endpoint operations and producing security or compliance reports using PowerShell, Python, Azure services, Microsoft Graph, or Microsoft 365 admin tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, including provisioning, deployment, updates, patching, and compliance.
• Administer Microsoft Cloud PKI, Windows Defender Application Control, AppLocker, and endpoint compliance policies to strengthen device security.
• Automate endpoint operations using PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, Logic Apps, or Azure Functions to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 and endpoint service health, performance, adoption, and compliance, producing reports via Microsoft Graph.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 engineering support, diagnose complex desktop issues, perform root-cause analysis, and propose improvements to endpoint architecture and UX.
