Job summary

Experian Marketing Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an End User Experience Engineer to design, develop, and install desktop solutions, ensuring a consistent user experience across local and virtual environments.

The role focuses on managing endpoint services with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, implementing security controls like WDAC and AppLocker, and building automation using PowerShell, Python, and Azure tools to boost efficiency and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, desktop engineering, or endpoint security within enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune, including device lifecycle management and policy configuration.
• Experience designing Windows Autopilot zero-touch deployment solutions.
• Knowledge of endpoint security tech: WDAC, AppLocker, and device compliance frameworks.
• Experience automating with PowerShell, Python, Azure Automation, Logic Apps or similar.
• Experience generating operational/security/compliance reports with Microsoft Graph and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize endpoint services using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and related endpoint management technologies.
• Support endpoint security initiatives through administration of Cloud PKI, WDAC, AppLocker, and compliance policies.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor health and compliance of Microsoft 365 and endpoint services, producing reports.
• Provide Level 2/3 engineering support for desktop platforms, investigate complex issues, and propose improvements.
