Job summary

Experian PLC is seeking an End-user Experience Engineer to design and implement solutions for complex endpoint and desktop technology challenges. You will manage provisioning, deployment, updates, patching, and compliance using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot, while strengthening security with WDAC and AppLocker.

You will automate operations with PowerShell, Python, and Azure services, monitor service health with Microsoft Graph, and provide Level 2/3 support to improve end-user

Qualifications

• Five+ years in enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, or endpoint security.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune across device lifecycle, policy, apps, and compliance.
• Knowledge of endpoint security tech including Cloud PKI, WDAC, AppLocker, and device compliance frameworks.
• Experience automating endpoint operations and generating security/compliance reports.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for complex endpoint and desktop technology challenges.
• Manage endpoint services using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Administer endpoint security policies to strengthen device security.
• Automate endpoint operations to reduce manual effort.
• Monitor service health and generate reports using Graph and Microsoft 365 tools.
