Job summary

Marsh in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Windows Endpoint Engineer to design, build and continuously improve the global Windows endpoint platform for 95,000 colleagues.

You will lead provisioning and lifecycle workflows using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and Windows Autopilot, manage configuration and updates, and collaborate across security, identity, network and IT service teams to deliver secure, reliable endpoints and improve the colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 11 endpoints in a large distributed enterprise.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Windows Autopilot and cloud-based Windows configuration.
• Experience with Windows deployment, servicing and troubleshooting including updates and drivers.
• Strong knowledge of deploying and maintaining Microsoft 365 Apps across enterprise devices.
• PowerShell automation using APIs and Microsoft Graph.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls (BitLocker, Defender, Secure Boot).
• Ability to translate requirements into technical designs and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain the enterprise Windows endpoint platform across laptops, desktops and virtual endpoints.
• Design provisioning and lifecycle workflows using Intune, Entra ID and Autopilot.
• Manage Windows configuration, updates, drivers, BIOS and firmware in line with hardware standards.
• Improve application packaging, deployment, updates and remediation with application owners.
• Implement and maintain endpoint security and compliance controls.
• Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to automate tasks and integrate endpoint services with ServiceNow.
• Analyze telemetry to identify trends and improve device health and reliability.
• Lead investigations for complex incidents and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Create roadmaps, standards and operational handover materials.
