Job summary

Tasco Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an IT End User Computing Administrator to support Windows desktop and laptop environments, manage AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP, and perform OS patch management.

You will deploy Intune, maintain endpoint security, monitor vulnerabilities, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with infrastructure teams on projects. After-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in End User Computing or Desktop Infrastructure administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows desktop and laptop environments.
• Manage Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Domain services.
• Perform operating system and third-party application patch management using enterprise tools.
• Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities based on vulnerability assessment reports.
• Manage endpoint security solutions including antivirus, EDR/XDR, disk encryption, device control, and endpoint hardening.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine or equivalent.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate and resolve endpoint-related incidents and security alerts.
• Coordinate vulnerability remediation activities with infrastructure and application teams.
• Perform software deployment, OS imaging, and hardware lifecycle management.
• Maintain endpoint asset inventory and software licensing records.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in IT projects including endpoint refresh, Windows upgrades, cloud migration, and security enhancement initiatives.
• Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for complex end-user issues.
• Participate in after-hours support and maintenance activities when required.
