Job summary

GENPACT MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to drive programs, policies and processes across the HR function. You will support staff with guidance on core TA processes and resolve complex issues, while collaborating with COE on program delivery.

You will identify opportunities to update procedures and technologies, mentor staff, and participate in data-driven improvements. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR/Business Administration or Diploma with equivalent experience.
• Subject matter expertise in Talent Acquisition.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition programs, policies and processes.
• Identify and recommend updates to processes, procedures and technologies.
• Provide staff with technical support and guidance on Talent Acquisition HR processes.
• Act in a consultative and project management role to COE to define and implement programs.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery.
• Launch case management from intake to closure and monitor timely resolutions.
• Analyze metrics and data around compliance and performance.
