Private Advertiser seeks a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, ledgers, and supplier/payable/receivable records. The role supports monthly to annual financial reporting and ensures tax filings are coordinated with auditors.

The candidate should have 1–3+ years in accounting operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP, QuickBooks, or Tally. Attention to regulatory details is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 1 to 3+ years in accounting or finance operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or Tally.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; knowledge of financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Records: Maintain accurate general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial vouchers.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Reconciliations: Perform regular bank, cash, and vendor account reconciliations.
• Compliance & Audits: Ensure timely adherence to tax filings and coordinate with external auditors.
• Budgeting & Cash Flow: Monitor expenses, track budget utilization, and support cash flow planning.
