You will manage end-to-end logistics and sales support, ensuring smooth invoicing, contract generation and order processing.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Food-related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role/industry.
• Experience in shipping or scheduling shipments is preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day customer support operations and establish service standards.
• Manage end-to-end logistics and sales support functions.
• Data entry of Costing Sheets in SAP for vendors and customers.
• Invoicing and generating sales contracts; process orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate local and overseas deliveries; monitor shipments and inventories.
• Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
