Job summary

CASES BY JCH SDN BHD is seeking a hands-on Product & Quality Lead in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage product quality, coordinate with suppliers, oversee packaging, and support new product development from concept to launch.

The role requires 1–3 years in product management or related fields, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication. Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English skills are essential for liaising with suppliers and partners.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, sourcing, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or phone case industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to investigate issues thoroughly and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with suppliers, internal teams, and customers.
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with comfort working independently and taking ownership of problems.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple suppliers, orders, and projects simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing processes.
• Able to write and speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Attention to detail, particularly in product quality and packaging standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Product Quality & Assurance: Set up and maintain quality standards, investigate issues with suppliers.
• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Source and manage suppliers, orders, timelines, and pricing; evaluate new suppliers.
• Packaging: Source materials, ensure packaging aligns with Mutu’s brand, manage inventory.
• Product Development Support: Assist founders in sourcing and developing new products; gather customer feedback.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: Coordinate with creative and operations; report to founder on quality and supplier performance.
