Job summary

MERRY ELECTRONICS SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development from concept to mass production, ensuring on‑time delivery, budget adherence and quality compliance.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams in engineering, design, QA, supply chain and manufacturing, manage schedules and risks, and drive collaboration with ODM/OEM partners and suppliers, including international travel when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or product development experience.
• Experience with consumer electronics or audio products is a plus.
• Familiarity with EVT/DVT/PVT and mass production processes.
• PMP, Agile, or related certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from concept through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, ID/Design, QA, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, schedules, resources and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans and Gantt charts to monitor progress.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans to protect scope, cost, quality and schedule.
• Manage changes and maintain documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions and actions to stakeholders and overseas teams.
• Collaborate with ODM/OEM partners and suppliers to align on requirements and cost.
• Willing to travel internationally when needed.
