Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to coordinate end-to-end logistics and delivery activities, ensuring on-time, accurate customer deliveries. You will plan daily deliveries, monitor shipments, coordinate with forwarders and hauliers, verify invoices, track containers and maintain logistics records.

The role requires a diploma/degree in a related field and 4+ years of logistics experience, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding or distribution experience.
• Experience coordinating with forwarders, hauliers and customers preferred.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of delivery planning, shipment tracking and logistics documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries based on customer requirements, stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics service providers to address delivery issues or delays.
• Coordinate trucking arrangements, hauliers, delivery schedules and transportation requirements to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delivery requirements and order-related matters.
• Provide timely updates on shipment and delivery status.
• Coordinate with forwarding agents, hauliers and other logistics service providers for import and delivery activities.
• Maintain and regularly update container tracking information in the designated Google Sheet.
• Monitor container movement and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
• Prepare and maintain the Warehouse Logistics Report with accurate and up-to-date shipment and delivery information.
