Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Executive to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics coordination across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. The role ensures inventory accuracy and on-time delivery while supporting sales growth.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in logistics or related field, at least two years' experience, working knowledge of ERP systems and Excel, strong organization, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or order fulfilment.
Familiar with inventory/ERP systems and Excel.
Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and capable of independent work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin required for suppliers/partners.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements.
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Coordinate daily deliveries to dealers, customers, and retail outlets.
Reconcile stock discrepancies and rotate stock properly.
Plan inbound shipments and ensure timely order fulfilment.
Prepare weekly/monthly inventory and fulfillment reports.
Identify inefficiencies and support SOP improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
