Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a proactive professional to identify and develop opportunities in the end-finance space for under-construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will empanel developers, drive meetings for account planning and joint campaigns, and maintain strong relationships with panel developers to support project loan drawdowns and EF limits.

The role requires collaboration with sales channels, credit evaluation, and mortgage centers to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth

Responsibilities

• Initiate meetings with developers to discuss End Finance Facility requirements for projects.
• Conduct Developer Review meetings for account planning or joint campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with panel developers and attend to developer requests.
• Assist sales channels to tie up projects and resolve issues related to Letters of Undertakings and project loan drawdown matters.
• Work with Credit Evaluation to obtain project approvals and manage EF limits or appeals as needed.
• Assist mortgage centers with site visits or inquiries on End Finance matters for projects.

Job Description

To identify potential business opportunities through empanel under-constructions project(s).

Initiate meeting with Developer(s) or upon invitation by Developer(s) to discuss on potential End Finance Facility requirements for a particular project.

Initiate Developer Review meetings for account planning or joint campaigns.

To conduct annual review on Developer’s Tiering with PF-CED.

To maintain good business relationship with panel developers and attend to developer’s request.

To work with sales distribution channels to assist them to tie up projects, resolve issue related to Letter of Undertakings, project loan drawdown matters as well as enhancing business relationship with developers.

To work closely with Credit Evaluation Department to get project approval, to propose increase EF limit or submit Appeal, such as rectifications or update on project info etc when necessary.

To assist mortgage centers to conduct site visit or enquiries on matters related to project end-finance by Bank upon request.

Ensure all end financing process and activities adhere to all regulatory policies and guideline.

Represent Hong Leong Bank in the primary property market through:-

a) Relationship building with panel developers

b) To empanel developer’s project in order to growth under-construction mortgage business.
