Job summary

Macnica Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks an Inside Sales Representative to support Field Sales and Marketing, focusing on RFQs, quotations, and customer data for EMS customers. You will ensure timely, accurate quotation processing and align with the sales strategy.

The role requires strong communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience in electronics components distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Sales and Marketing in managing daily RFQs from key EMS customers via the designated e-Quote portal.
• Review RFQ requirements, coordinate internally, and ensure quotations are prepared and submitted accurately within agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to develop and execute effective quotation strategies for key EMS customers.
• Create new end-customer records in the BPM system and raise Sales Quotations (SQ) accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer master quotation file to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for the Sales team.
• Manage and follow up on RFQs assigned by the company, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
