CKD Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated RFQ Engineer to join our Engineering team in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. You will evaluate customer RFQs, review drawings and BOMs, and develop accurate manufacturing cost estimates and competitive quotations to support new business opportunities.

This role requires collaboration with NPI, Manufacturing, Purchasing and QA to ensure technically sound, timely quotations and robust costing with clear documentation to guide quotation decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of RFQ/Costing or quotation experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and BOMs.

Responsabilidades

• Review RFQs, BOMs, drawings, and specifications to assess feasibility and cost.
• Develop accurate manufacturing cost estimates including raw materials, labour, tooling and overhead.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for internal review and customer submission.
• Coordinate with NPI, Production, Purchasing and QA to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain RFQ records and cost databases; monitor progress and deadlines.
