Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a senior Organization Development professional in Malaysia to lead scalable Employee Experience systems and change initiatives across distributed teams.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and other functions to drive culture, accountability and performance improvements. Role requires strong strategic thinking, proven change-management experience, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a relevant field plus eight years of progressive Organization Development and Effectiveness experience.
• PROSCI Change Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement scalable Employee Experience programs across the organization.
• Drive initiatives to improve accountability, team effectiveness and cultural cohesion.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and other teams to enhance enterprise-wide employee experiences.
