Job summary

ofi Malaysia seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with business leaders and employees, translating priorities into practical people solutions across the lifecycle. The role supports the HR Country Head and ensures consistent execution of country and regional people initiatives while maintaining engagement and compliance with Malaysian requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong stakeholder management, employee relations, and change management

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and driving people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Country Head in executing the Malaysia people strategy, country HR priorities and initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver fit-for-purpose HR solutions aligned with strategy and values.
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management and offboarding.
• Support learning and development with capability assessments and learning roadmaps.
• Design and improve development solutions across leadership, management and behavioural capabilities.
• Define success measures for learning effectiveness and report on impact.
• Lead employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary cases and investigations.
• Coach managers on organization design, talent development, succession planning and change management.
• Ensure policies and practices comply with Malaysian labour laws and governance standards.
• Drive annual people processes including performance and talent reviews, salary cycles and engagement actions.
