DW LTH Empire in Kampar, Malaysia, is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join as a Business Development Executive. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, client relationship management and team leadership while mentored by experienced leaders.

The role offers structured training, mentorship, and clear career progression with milestones. No prior experience is required, and full training will be provided to develop your business development and client servicing skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; or Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Experience in client servicing, customer relationship management or business development is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute business development strategies to identify potential clients, explore new market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Manage client engagement, maintain strong business relationships and ensure effective follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
• Oversee and support daily business operations, sales activities and client servicing processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate and execute business meetings, corporate events, training programmes and other company initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and overall performance.
• Monitor business performance, analyse operational and sales data, and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
• Develop and maintain effective communication, presentation, negotiation and problem‑solving capabilities in managing business activities.
• Collaborate with management, team members and relevant stakeholders to ensure business objectives and organisational targets are achieved.
• Lead and coordinate assigned projects, ensuring effective execution, timely completion and alignment with company objectives.
• Contribute to strategic planning, performance improvement initiatives and the continuous development of business operations.
