Job summary

EMP Team is seeking motivated fresh graduates for a role in business development and client engagement in Kampar, Malaysia. You will gain hands-on experience in business operations, client servicing, communication and team leadership while working with experienced mentors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma with experience; no prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field or Diploma with 3+ years working experience.
No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
Experience in client servicing, customer relationship management or business development is a plus.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow; self-motivated and team-oriented.
Structured training and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Responsibilities

Participate in structured training and professional development programmes.
Assist in business development: identify potential clients and explore new opportunities.
Support client engagement and relationship management, including follow-ups.
Learn business operations, sales processes and client servicing.
Assist in planning meetings, trainings and company events.
Support growth initiatives and strategies to improve team performance.
